Mike and I, for years have always gone to AZ in Jan or Feb. that is our thing. We have gone to Glendale Glitter festival 3 times so far. It is a festival, where at night, they light up the whole area with lights. They have good food, music and crafts. No horse carriage ride this year though. The kids loved it. Here are some pics.
